KASUPDA SECOND AND THIRD QUARTER PUBLIC WEEK, 2026

In furtherance of the people-centred development agenda of the Kaduna State Government under the leadership of His Excellency, Senator Uba Sani, which prioritises inclusive governance, public participation, transparency and improved service delivery, the Kaduna State Urban Planning and Development Authority (KASUPDA), under the leadership of its Director-General, Bldr. Abdurrahman Yahya, PhD, hereby announces its Second and Third Quarter Public Week Programme for 2026.

The Public Week is an interactive engagement programme designed to provide members of the public with direct access to the Authority, relevant built environment professionals and representatives of sister government agencies. It will provide an opportunity for individuals, communities, developers, property owners, professional bodies and other stakeholders to present their concerns, seek clarification, ask questions and offer constructive suggestions regarding urban planning and development matters in Kaduna State. The programme will also enable KASUPDA to obtain valuable feedback from stakeholders, identify areas requiring institutional attention, resolve legitimate concerns where possible and strengthen collaboration between the Authority and the public.

The programme is scheduled as follows:

Date: Tuesday, 8 September and Wednesday, 9 September 2026

Time: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon daily

Venue: KASUPDA Headquarters Boardroom, No. 4 Bida Road, Kaduna

Members of the public attending the programme are encouraged to bring copies of relevant documents, application references, notices, receipts, correspondence or any other supporting materials that may assist the Authority in reviewing and responding effectively to their concerns.

KASUPDA remains committed to transparency, professionalism, public engagement and the effective discharge of its mandate towards achieving safe, orderly, inclusive and sustainable urban development across Kaduna State.

All members of the public and relevant stakeholders are encouraged to attend and participate actively.
