NOTICE OF UNCOLLECTED BUILDING PERMITS

The Kaduna State Urban Planning and Development Authority (KASUPDA) wishes to inform members of the public that a total of 319 processed building permits are currently awaiting collection.

All applicants whose names and application numbers appear on the published list are kindly requested to visit KASUPDA and collect their permits at the earliest possible time.

Applicants are advised to carefully check the published list to confirm their names, application numbers and locations before proceeding for collection.

For proper identification and verification, applicants should come along with:

A valid means of identification (NIN);

Evidence of application or payment;

Application acknowledgement slip, where available; and

Any other relevant documents relating to the permit application.

Applicants who are unable to collect their permits personally may authorise representatives using the official KASUPDA Authorisation Form. The duly completed form must be submitted to KASUPDA for verification at least 24 hours before the intended date of collection.

The authorised representative must also present a valid means of identification and all relevant supporting documents at the point of collection. Permits will not be released to representatives whose authorisation forms were not submitted within the required period.

Prompt collection of approved building permits is important, as the permit serves as official evidence that the proposed development has undergone the required planning assessment and approval process.

Please check the published list and collect your building permit without further delay.
